We want every patient to understand their care. If a disability or your preferred language makes communication harder, we provide help — at no cost to you.
If you have a disability
We offer free aids and services to help you communicate with us, such as:
- Qualified sign language interpreters.
- Written information in other formats — large print, audio, accessible electronic formats.
- A staff member to read forms aloud or help you fill them out.
- Patient walking assistance from the parking lot to the exam room.
If your preferred language is not English
We offer free language assistance, including:
- Qualified interpreters by phone or in person.
- Written information in other languages on request.
- Appointments with Dr. Przepiora, who sees patients in Polish, Spanish, and English.
